Still Feels Like Magic

A man in a sunlit kitchen glances at his phone while his kids eat breakfast behind him. A push notification from an Operations Agent reads: A 3PL to Amazon FBA transfer is now worth doing. Reply go to proceed. A caption compares the old way, 4-8 hours, to now, ~3 minutes, with the handwritten line: Still feels a little like magic.

This morning I was making breakfast for my kids when one of my operations agents pinged me about my wife’s business, The Original Stretchlace.

A 3PL → Amazon FBA transfer was now worth doing.

I said, “go.”

My time: ~60 seconds.

In about 3 minutes, the agent (using tuned CLIs and Skills):

  • Used our AI-driven GCP/BQ based forecasting engine (velocity, inbound, open POs, channel inventory) to confirm the move
  • Created the Amazon shipment plan, including SKUs, quantities, and boxing
  • Updated the WMS
  • Sent the 3PL exact packaging instructions and Amazon shipment IDs
  • Updated the forecast so every unit is trackable down to the SKU and shipment

Every step is double-checked.

Everything is logged.

And everything is reversible.

Four months ago this was a 4–8 hours of searching, checking, double-checking, jumping between SaaS tools, and finding workarounds.

Still feels a little like magic.
